Dr. I. Arriaga is from Puerto Rico and graduated from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry in 2004 and has been practicing in Edmonton since 2008. She has been a member of the Edmonton Society of Optometrist, the Alberta Association of Optometrist, and the Alberta College of Optometrist since 2008. She is fluent in Spanish.
